Partitions and murals and mosaics
The Mitgera de Pavia (Pavia Wall) is a large-scale mural located on a wall in the neighbourhood of Santa Caterina. Created using the trompe-l'œil technique, the mural pays tribute to the historic Pollería Pavia, established in 1901. The painting realistically recreates a façade that never actually existed: the old poultry shop appears on the ground floor, with its hanging birds and period details. Above it are three balconies with residents looking out onto the street, as if the building were still brimming with life today.
